God has been so good to me! Just when I felt like things were beginning to get hopeless, I decided to praise God in advance for my blessings, and I made sure to honor Him for everything He has already done for me. Once I started praising God, despite my situation, He gave me a great blessing!

— Sister B. Nelson

I am so thankful to God! He has blessed me time after time and shown me marvelous glimpses of his power. I am a living miracle. I have lived through a drowning experience, a suicide attempt, and a car accident. I am still here because of God’s endless grace and mercy. I will continue to put my faith in him because he has never let me down!

Worthy of Praise

1 Chronicles 16:8-12

“Give thanks unto the  Lord , call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works. Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the  Lord . Seek the  Lord  and his strength, seek his face continually. Remember his marvelous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;”

God has done so much for us. He is truly worthy of all glory, honor, and praise!

Have Some Fun!

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

—Proverbs 17:22

Get out and have some fun people.  God wants us to have joy and peace.  Just because we are Christians, does not mean we are fun deficient.  So get up, get out, and live your life!

Perfect Praise

—John 4:23-24

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

“You may not have a perfect day, and you may not have perfect ways, but you can offer God a perfect praise.”

God seeks after true worshipers, and true worship is achieved through all your pain and suffering. Use such emotions to cry out to God, and he will hear you and draw near. Share your whole heart with God, and you will always be able to find joy.
